1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form an agreement concerning your use of Radio. Your use of the App is also subject to applicable App Store rules and to any mandatory rights available under the laws where you live.

2. Eligibility

You may use Radio only if you can legally agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

The App provides access to third-party live radio content that may not be suitable for every age group. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors’ use of the App.

3. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use Radio on supported Apple devices for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Radio does not require an account. The license gives you permission to use the App; it does not transfer ownership of the App or any third-party content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the App in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
• interfere with the App, station directory, radio streams, or related services;
• attempt to bypass access controls, security measures, or technical limitations;
• use automated systems to place unreasonable load on third-party services;
• copy, sell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App except where permitted by law; or
• reverse engineer or modify the App except to the limited extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

Radio helps you discover and access services operated by others, including Radio Browser, radio stations and stream hosts, station websites, Apple ShazamKit, Apple Music, the App Store, and AirPlay destinations.

Third-party services are independent from Radio. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your interactions with them. We do not control and are not responsible for:

• the content, views, advertising, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any broadcast;
• the availability, quality, security, or continuity of any station or stream;
• changes to station names, artwork, URLs, formats, or schedules; or
• actions taken by third-party services.

A station’s presence in Radio does not imply endorsement, partnership, ownership, or verification unless the App explicitly states otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

Radio, including its original interface, code, design, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms or by law.

Radio station names, broadcasts, logos, artwork, trademarks, music, and other third-party content belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party content made accessible through the App.

7. Local Data and Your Choices

Favorites, listening history, settings, cached station information, and local vote records are stored on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. Radio does not currently provide an account or cloud backup for this information.

You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose to create. Deleting the App may permanently remove its locally stored information.

8. Service Availability and Changes

Live radio depends on your internet connection and on third-party infrastructure. Stations may become unavailable, change format, restrict access by location, or stop operating without notice.

We may change, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue App features at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature, station, stream format, device, operating-system version, or geographic region will remain supported.

9. Data and Service Costs

Streaming audio can use significant mobile or broadband data. Your mobile carrier, internet provider, Apple, or a third-party service may charge fees under your agreement with them. You are responsible for those charges and for monitoring your data usage.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compatible with every stream, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, access, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use Radio or any third-party service.

We are not responsible for third-party broadcasts, station availability, network interruptions, external websites, recognition results, or actions you take based on third-party content. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using Radio at any time by discontinuing use and uninstalling the App. Because Radio does not require an account, there is no account to close.

Your permission to use the App ends automatically if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, its services, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Radio after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
